Hello! I am Web Alexander, a 1988 Graduate of Wake Forest. I have worked in Development here at Wake Forest since 2017, where I now lead WAKEAsheville and WAKETriangle. In college, I was a member of the Sigma Pi fraternity and worked for 3 years in the old Rare Books Room in the Z. Smith Reynolds Library. I have so many great memories and friends from my four years as a student. I still love to wander into ZSR — it feels like home to me.

I met my wife Beth, who was a student at Salem College, at a fraternity party in the fall 1986. Our daughter Katie graduated from the MSM graduate program here at Wake Forest in 2020. In my spare time, I am a season ticket holder for Wake football and basketball and try to attend every game. I have a constant text chain with other grumpy old men breaking down every game. I am also a struggling watercolorist!!

I am very excited to be working with our alumni, parents and friends in the Asheville and Triangle communities and hope you will reach out about the exciting things happening in your area. You can contact me at alexanwe@wfu.edu or (336) 758-6991 to learn more!
