Meet Chase Walter (MSM ’23, GCERT ’24)
Chase Walter (MSM ’23, GCERT ’24) is extremely grateful to be the Philanthropy & Donor Engagement lead in WAKEDenver, as well as co-lead in WAKEWashington-Baltimore and WAKECharlotte! Having grown up in Winston-Salem, Wake Forest has been a home to him for a majority of his life.
Not only is his dad the Head Baseball Coach here at Wake Forest, but Chase recently received his Master of Science in Management from the School of Business. While pursuing his graduate degree, he played on the Wake Forest baseball team and was honored to be on the team that made their historic run to the 2023 College World Series in Omaha. He then interned with the Deacon Club before transitioning to the athletic ticket office after graduating.
With his recent move to University Advancement, Chase is beyond excited to represent Wake Forest’s collective vision of Pro Humanitate while sharing experiences and forming life-long relationships with Wake Forest alumni, families and friends. After playing many different sports growing up, in addition to college baseball at both Georgetown University and Wake Forest University, he understands the importance of teamwork, communication and winning! He looks forward to bringing those competitive qualities to advancing Wake Forest’s continued excellence.
Chase can’t wait to meet all of you and work together to grow Wake Forest’s legacy. Please feel free to contact him at walttc22@wfu.edu or 336.758.2727 to learn more about what’s happening in WAKEDenver, WAKEWashington-Baltimore and WAKECharlotte. Go Deacs!
