Meet Jeremy Serkin
Hello!
I am Jeremy Serkin, and I have the pleasure of working with Wake Forest families, alumni, and friends in Connecticut and Jacksonville-Orlando. My goal is to help you and your community make a meaningful philanthropic impact at Wake Forest.
Originally from Florida, I have built a career in fundraising and organizational growth across the nonprofit, higher education, and private sectors. Since moving to Winston-Salem in 2015, I have seen firsthand how deeply Wake Forest’s influence runs not only on campus but in communities across the country.
As a former varsity athlete, I often reflect on the lessons of teamwork, grit, and personal growth that shaped my own college experience. At Wake Forest, I am reminded that each student has a unique and exciting journey to pursue. I am inspired every day by the limitless opportunities for our students — and by the generous supporters who help make those experiences possible!
When not connecting with Wake Foresters near and far, you can often find me cycling the beautiful roads around Winston-Salem with a dedicated group of local riders. My wife Maria and I are raising two incredible future Deacs who love every opportunity to visit campus.
Let’s connect! I welcome the chance to get to know Wake Forest alumni and families, and I hope you will reach out at serkinj@wfu.edu or 336.758.3163 to learn more about how you can get involved with WAKESouthernConnecticut or WAKEJacksonville-Orlando.
